My car tint was gone and zupps covered it under warranty and replaced the tint. I was pretty happy with it considering that I bought in the car in 2007.Zupps Hillcrest was bad, they sent me for wild goose chase for 3-4 years. Stating that tint warranty is covered by someone else etc. Finally zupps My Gravatt fixed the issue.

The gear changing was erratic on my Colorado so had it checked out. I was impressed with Steven Stanford on his knowledge of Colorado and how to fix the problem. Will always return to Zupps for all future services and when I have any problems.

Was quoted a price to have my car serviced on a particular day. Arrived on the day, only to be told my capped price servicing had expired and I had to pay a significant additional cost as a result - to add insult to injury, I was told if I didn't, I'd void the warranty left on the car. You'd really think that information of this nature would be something that was factored in when quoting the cost of a service on a known date, or at least that I'd be made aware at the time of quoting. When gleefully pouncing upon me with this 'surprise' the staff were then unwilling to do anything about it, and, not wanting to void my warranty, I was forced to pay full price.

Very disappointing service. There are more diligent and reliable mechanics out there. Don't waste your time here!

Don't go this service place, for any repairs within warranty period, they could let you wait for the parts even several months because not profitable?

Went here for capped price servicing, and they tried to unsell me a bunch of unnecessary things. The cost of a battery was double what I paid down at Battery World. The worst of it was that I requested that if they had the parts, for them to replace some of the broken wheel well that was currently securely tapped in place. They let me know they didn't have the parts (and didn't offer to order them in), and handed me my keys. Drove for a few KMs, heard an awful noise. They'd RIPPED OFF all the tape, leaving it completely unsecured, and hadn't resecured it or told me at all. The additional damage caused a mess. Would NEVER reccomend this place. Steer clear.

My personal experience dealing with them has been outstanding, I can only congratulate Adam, David and the rest of the team for their extremely efficient service and high costumer service. I will definitely buy another car from Zupps Mount Gravatt and I will definitely service my car with them.Thank you!

I got my car(2019 Peugeot 5008 GT)fix (fuel pump leaking oil) at zupps Mt Gravatt Peugeot 8/7/21-9/7/21, after I pick up my car 2 hours, the car broken down on street screen said engine fault! I got the road assistant came, they said because of the zupps guys didn’t put the fuel pump on properly and Lost all the diesel fuel! Lucky this is diesel, if petrol will catch fire may kill me! Also I doubt if they change a new fuel pump or not as they said?! Because I just got my car checked in Sydney Alexandria Peugeot 3 weeks ago, they said the car is nothing wrong! Back to that time(1 month ago) the zupps Mt Gravatt Peugeot told me fuel pump leaking oil badly need change the whole fuel pump! I was very confused who was lie! Within this 1 month I drove my car as normal even traveled between Brisbane and Sydney once-the car was fine, Anyway I got my car to fixed in Brisbane finally yesterday, but broken down straight away in only 2 hours! How did they do their work took 2 days?! I went there 8/7/21 10.20am, the manager told me that I have to come 7am otherwise take 2 days to fix! Are you kidding?! 7am you even haven’t open yet! And after I pick up the car 12/7/21 again, I find out the shifts(gear) much harder than before, very strange! But they said it’s ok, refused to fix. And they very dodgy! They pluck my car camera cable off again! Absolutely they did something dodgy afraid been record! I ask other mechanic told me looks like they(zupps)did something wrong made the shifts harder! I don’t have so much time to keep waste on this car! Very speechless! Very disappointed with Peugeot!
