Paid for a job they never complete. Was selling a car. Paid $300 for a rocker cover. Buyers did pre purchase check. Was no rocker cover put on. Do not recommend.

I can’t believe there’s a mechanic worst than this one. He’s so bad and not honest. He’s so expensive with a bad service. Please avoid it in all way, and there’re too many alternatives better than him.

THE WORST MECHANIC EVER you can go for. It’s so EXPENSIVE , NOT FRIENDLY at all. Please avoid it and if you don’t believe me just go and try it and he’ll charge you too much for a bad service.

These guys dropped what they were doing to help me out at a great rate awesome service friendly and well priced

I have been bringing my cars to theses guys for years. Always spends time chatting to you and explaining what they need to do to your car. Very trustworthy and extremely honest. I Would highly recommend theses guys especially for ladies as they are very open and honest

Really bad attitude. They had done really bad job and damaged my car. And they are really rude to customers. WON'T COME BACK AGAIN!

Not Recommend at all. Stay away from here.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM.They’re definitely gonna rip you off!I changed my tyres at this horrible mechanic and after a few hours they got flat because they have a tiny nails in it, when I took it back they refused to change or give me my money back.I really got a bad experience aye!!

Brought a car of a person who had the car roadworthy and service there and the car had heaps of issues. An hour after I brought the car it went to limp mode. Do not trust them.

My sisters and I purchased a car from a private seller who had the (extremely dodgey) road worthy completed through A Grade Tyre & Auto at the end of September. Two days after buying our car, we had to urgently pull over on the freeway after it began smoking profusely as a result of a complete coolant hose break. Upon having this vehicle checked by a mechanic the same week, they stated it never should have passed a road worthy check and had numerous other issues that any halfway decent mechanic would be able to notice just by looking at it. We’ve been trying to sell the car now for a couple months and upon getting an updated RWC from a reliable mechanic in Brisbane for a new buyer, it failed. This mechanic again said that he has no idea how it initially passed a road worthy, as there are many safety issues and we should not have been driving it. Very upsetting that our year abroad in AUS and traveling to make new memories has been tainted by such a negative car experience that has continued to drain our money by needing endless repairs. Really wish the owner at A Grade Tyre & Auto actually cared about his employees doing proper RWCs and actually did them legitimately to prevent a situation like this.Upon speaking with the owner again this week voicing our ongoing concerns, he completely dismissed me and talked over me the entire conversation. He denied that we spoke in October (just 2 weeks after the RWC was completed) even though I have phone records to prove we had a 4 minute conversation. He stated “oh no I would’ve remembered, I’m who you would’ve talked to, we never spoke”. It’s now January and my sisters and I are still trying to deal with everything.

Awesome people, have a wealth of knowledge and very reliable mechanics. That well informed of progress, cost and potential issues that may arise. Very mechanical business that don't tell you lies.
