Green Value Solar

These guys are very quick chasing for payments, but when you ask for statement of completion they will not provide. Sent emails requesting for it, no answers. The consultants are rude, abrupt, won't listen to customers concerns, keeps interrupting and very argumentative. Don't suggest anyone go through these guys. Don't expect service when you sign up.

I had a very great experience getting our solar system installed for our home, very well done sale service by Sam and nicely organised installation done by Chris. All the best team Green Value Solar, will definitely recommend my friends and family.

Had Solar system installed on the 18th June, was inspected on 22nd June and switched to Feed in by 7th July. Have been very happy with with Green Value Solar. System works great, was installed and switched over promptly and professionally. I received my certificate, warranties and paperwork via email which suites me. No issues at all, very happy.

Green Value Solar Company not good to install solar. they are lied to customer, not very professional, don't have any knowledge in Solar design. never ever again with this company.

These guys start off keen and helpful but once the job is paid for, good luck getting any service. The initial sales process was fine and all questions answered. However, when the installers came to install, it was obvious proper preparation wasn't done.Firstly, the number of solar panels proposed changed once the guys got here.Then I was charged extra because the type of roof I have needed extra adapters for installation.Then I was told my TV antenna had to be relocated which I was charged for AND since the installation I haven't been able to receive certain channels on the TV. Two or three attempts to ask them to sort out the antenna have gone unanswered. Not even a no".Communication about the mandatory inspection was poor and left me having to chase for days

Worst customer experience ever. Once the sale is done, these guys just disappear without fixing any defects. Ceiling of my house was damaged during installation and when it rained in Melbourne, I have leakage and water dropping from my ceiling. After multiple calls, they came and fixed the roof tiles. But till date, I am waiting for the ceiling to be repaired and painted from inside. They will just not attend any calls or reply to emails. Poor customer service. Please don't buy anything from them, else you will be stuck like me.

I have got few solar systems fitted for myself and for my friends through this company . In my opinion their advice and solar systems are excellent .We all are very happy with the systems as bills are very reasonable . They are very customer friendly and have the right ethics .

Very good after sale service. Sales rep was very polite and professional. Installer team was very friendly and helpful. Very quick Installation.I would highly recommend to get solar with them.

They are thief. Don't install your solar system with them. I got my solar installed by them after taking money from me and from solar victoria they will never contact you back. No one pick the call in their office it's going to messaging service and they keep on asking we will call you back. Don't have any physical office anywhere. I can't go lower then 1 star otherwise I'll choose that option.
