Great product, however shipping was not great. Charged us $40 for shipping 1 small swing and wasn't even packaged with care. Was just thrown in a bag, could have easily broke.

BUYER BEWARE! I was gifted the swing set from my father and we are so disappointed. He was asked to leave a review on the website, but due to it being a negative one, was advisesd 'it goes against their standard' and was not approved... How very convenient!Well, I'm here to let people know, not to bother buying from these people, their product is sub par an the swing is so short bu son cant even use it cause his feet touch the ground. Literally a waste of time putting it together, which took forever as the parts didn't even fit in to eachother correctly, snd when trying to get a response from the company they just run around in circles. In the end, very expensive firewood.

Very poor quality slide, parts does not fits in, took me over 2 hours to assemble it . Not recommended

This business does not support their products. Bought a trampoline from them 2/3 years ago, need to replace mat, no stock on their web site …answer when I called for an eta: sorry we have discontinued this version now you have to buy a new trampoline (blaming the supplier of course). They are probably going to offer me a “TERRIFIC” 10% discount…Also expect to have their swing set fall apart soon after warranty finishes.Do yourself a favour and purchase from elsewhere.

Seriously disappointed with this company. I do not recommend buying from them.I bought the Kingston cubby house with monkey bars and the Forde swingset.What I eventually got (shipping delays and lost items also) was Poor quality,The monkey bars are rusting and missing paint straight out of the box.The sink was also broken due to the poor packaging.And multiple items were also missing labels, so assembly was harder than it should have been.The swingset has wrong parts in box and cannot even be assembled.I think they need to improve their quality control.Communication is also poor, with their lack of response to emails and calls being shocking.Edit 15/01/23Over 12 months on and to my surprise there still has been no deliverys or updates as to the lost, incorrect or damaged items I received/didn't receive from this company.At the time all I got was excuses. I'm not sure how a business can be ran like this and to not even follow up dozens of emails or phone calls is quite frankly pathetic.I doubt I will receive a response to this update.Thanks for nothing lifespan kids.

Never purchase from here.I ordered a cubby house in October, confirming with their management on ETA. I was notified it would be first week in December. Since then i have had no communication, unless i initiated it, regarding an updated ETA.When i spoke to them regarding my disappointment in still not having an ETA they tried to state i ordered with knowledge of delays, after showing proof of conversations they have offered an insulting 5% discount... a whole $17.45Disgusting customer service.Never again will i purchase from them, nor will i ever recommend them to someone/anyone!!!!

Do not buy from these cowboys! Ordered cubby abs swing set in oct. cubby came in good time with minimum delays. Swing set eta fluctuated .Then I was contacted to advise that it will be end of January due to the container bringing these products needing to be fumigated....I contacted customer service on Friday 27th nov and asked if there were any other options as this is a Santa present for my immune compromised child who cannot go to the park at the moment. The lady advised that the only wooden swing set is $180 more expensive coming in at $499. I said I couldn’t afford that but if there’s any chance Of a good discount considering the massive delay and that I purchased a cubby. The lady said she will check and get back to me by the end of the day. But didn’t.I contacted customer care Saturday morning if the 28th and the lady couldn’t find my request from the previous day so we went through it again. I also added that the same swing set in question was on sale for $382 with temple and Webster until Monday... a 4 day sale. So I asked if they could price match and I could keep my custom with them , rather than getting a refund and taking my business elsewhere.No call Monday , no call Tuesday. I contacted them Tuesday and they advised “ management are offering 10% discount. Just under $70 more than what I could have got it for just a day before.Terrible customer service. Management do not care about their customers.If I wanted 10% off I could just google “ lifespan kids coupon s and get a coupon myself.One more thing to add..... I question the eta s and the accuracy of these... it took the company quite a while to update the correct eta on their website when they supposedly found out these containers needed another 8 weeks to be fumigated.... I had to bring to their attention that they hadn’t updated the eta on websites. People could have been ordering in good faith thinking they’d get the item by Xmas- while, yes they offer refunds... the money is in their bank earning interest while we wait the 5 days for refunds.If I could think of a good slogan for lifespan kids, “ lifespan kids, making life difficult during difficult times”.

Customer service is amazing with this company.Conversation about my ordered products with Fi was amazing. She was super helpful and honest.Rishi was also amazing very helpful and informative. He went out his way to assist me, so 5 stars for the customer service.

LITERALLY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. We ordered a swing set on the 6th of Sept, nearly a month later (1st Oct) and we still don't have all the parts! We are up to the FIFTH delivery and it still hasn't arrived. Missing parts, wrong parts sent twice. I respect that there are delays with Aus Post at the moment but this is appalling! It's got nothing to do with Aus Post but your business slackness is ensuring the correct swing set and aligning pieces are send to customers. My poor kids just wanted something to play on in this never ending lockdown. SO FRUSTRATING. Will not be buying from you again!

Terrible customer service.. doesn’t keep you updated, return phone calls or give you any assistance when things get lost by their courier company. Still have their stuff sitting at my door, emailed 3 times, called and still no reply. I give up! Would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
