Red Rascals Cafe

A very clean place with a lively decor and friendly staff. I ordered an egg sandwich, it came quickly. It probably was the healthiest sandwich I had in ages. It was really tasty and thick with salad. But there was no egg in sight. Probably my bad luck that I was 30 minutes before closing. I did enjoy the sandwich though.

We had a late lunch here and I have to say my cheese and salad roll was the tastiest roll I've ever had . They must use a relish or something to give it that extra zing .I was actually enjoying it that much I forgot to take a photo till I had almost finished it .It was a bit messy as it had a heap of filling including beetroot which I was determined to keep off my clothes (I'm so clumsy and always drop food on myself)Mum had the mushroom stuffed spud and said it was delicious .A filling delicious meal for 2 with a drink each and only $25 so great value .I will definitely go back there and try the spud next time .

Food was ok and the young lady who served me was very nice. It's just that, I had my brunch while talking to my aunt in America via messenger. I had to put her on speaker as I do not have my buds with me that time. I was seated at the furthest table from the counter, the one in the left, facing the counter, near the red couch, when a staff called on me and told me to stop talking on speaker because they can not hear the customer talking.... something that I can't fathom because she was near the customer and I was like 3 tables away from them. So I stood up and ask if there is someone complaining.. I thought it was the elderly woman who was seated at the other corner, reading a newspaper. It was kind of rude because she did not approach me. She yelled at me from behind the cash register.... oh no... not kind of rude.. REALLY RUDE is how I will describe it. She said no one was complaining. It's just that their store is quiet and the voice from the speaker was overpowering the voices of the customer talking to them... really??? If it's my voice, I would understand. But the voice coming from the speaker? I think she was trying to listen and could not understand the conversation because we were talking in our dialect, and eavesdropping is giving her a headache. I am a customer. And if talking to someone on speaker is a big problem from others, they could have told me. There was onnly 1 customer aside from myself who is dining in that time thqt is why i thought it will be fine to continue conversing with my aunt whole im having coffee... if its not I will apologize if only she had been nice enough to approach me and not yell at me from the counter like making a scene.

Best coffee around!! Had a delicious almond latte here this morning and the milk was frothed to perfection. Will definitely return if in the area.

Had a late lunch here today and I have to say it was great, defiworth 5 stars. Friendly service and my order came outnto my table quickly. Small chips and a roast pork & gravy roll. Chips were fresh, hot, crisp and tasty, a nice sized serve for small too. The roll was fresh and the pork was cook very well, the gravy was just right. All round it was a very good meal, I'll definitely be coming back again and I highly recommend you try Red Rascals Cafe out.

Do you know they bake their own bread! Fresh and fantastic, and made with love. I cant recommend the team highly enough.

Very welcoming, friendly, chatty staff. Homemade sausage rolls, and good coffee. My daughter and wife stopped in ahead of visiting the department of transport office over the road.

Affordable, approachable and appealing!Red Rascals amidst the shopping complex is the perfect spot to grab a hot drink or a fruit smoothie along with their amazing range of pies and sandwiches. They didn't disappoint with the availability of gluten-free bread!! Recommend ++
