They were great to deal with before the work began, and did the job OK. But afterwards I wanted to submit an insurance claim and they just weren’t interested in helping. They ignored my calls and emails, and when they did eventually reply, it was a one liner which didn’t give me what I needed for my claim. So I am unable to claim on $16k of work because they can’t be bothered to help.

Not dependable. Over priced. Gives a verbal quote and then at last moment passes the job onto another mate whom we have never met. Poor and disrespectful attitude.
