The Quote was good they answered all my questions, and they told me all my options. I booked and confirmed the next morning. The job was done perfect. Great ride height with the extra loads I now carry, so they fixed my problem great.

Brian helped solve some suspension issues I found on my Hilux the day before I planned to leave on a 3 week , 7000km trip to Central Australia. He fit me in on very short notice and had me on my on time the next day. Very happy with the service he provided and the suspension felt great the whole trip. Thanks Brian!

Worst Service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Appointment booked for 8am this morning for a Inspection $28 and to get some help on whats causing a Squeeky noise while driving metal sounding noise, my husband dropped of the vehicle and the front desk person automatically made the decision to go straight into working on vehicle no quotation as advised prior to booking. We waited on vehicle for 3 hours before a phone call was made to advise us of Total pricing of the Job and time frame of job. After 7 hours of wait time today we get a call to pickup vehicle. The usual time frame for a brake replacement usually takes 1- 1.5 hours. Out of pocket $600 later and No apology for wait time and very rude front desk service. Drove home still have squeaking noise as advised and reason for booking. Will never use this place again and I advise all to stay away!!!Stay clear, Total Rip offs and go somewhere else like Midas or Tyre places as all charge $300 for full brakes replacement etc.

THEY ROCK!!!! I had a tow bar that I needed off and right at closing they were kind enough to fix it up for me & do so with a smile on their face!! Great customer service always makes you want to return so will be doing so for sure!! Highly recommended!!

Lost my business and will be tell my friends to avoid them.Booked my car in to get the ball joints done 4 weeks before the appointment.Dropped the car in at 8:00am and they said when would you like it done by. I told them 3:00pm.I had booked it in on my RDO and got a friend to pick me up and drop me off, to pick the car up.I was back in Springwood at 2:30pm and rang them to see if it was going to be ready by 3:00pm.I was told they had not go around to starting it yet. So I just picked it up.Thanks for stuffing my day up.Would not recommend Pedders Underwood to anyone.

Went in to pedders slacks Creek and got a quote for a Gvm upgrade, paid the deposit and had my car booked in 2 days later. The staff were fast, efficient and very professional.Just got back from a week camping and the car performed brilliantly towing the trailer. Could not be happier with their service.

Absolutely blown away by the advice and service of these guys. Despite being on a tight timeline and asking for the impossible, they got us in and got the gvm upgrade done in record time. They answered all our questions and we feel safe hitting the road with a safe, legal vehicle. Highly recommended. Thanks James and Brian
