Absolutely beyond disappointed to now the point of angry with The Body Shop!!Quietly they cease stocking their ‘Vitamin E Intense Creme’ across all stores and online without letting customers know.Upon enquiring with different stores you get the oh we are out of stock right now check back in a week or two and now over 4 months later, emails, fb inboxes and calls to The Body shop still I am getting ran in circles.I’ve advised them this is the sole product I use post stage 3 cancer but it falls on deaf ears.No ETA, no explanation, just crickets and plenty of them.This is NO way to treat your customer base Body Shop. You should have provided a statement outlining why and what was happening versus leaving us all frustrated and incensed like you have.
