Lazy people who refused to take my details over the phone so wasted my time and money by taking my car in only to have them refuse to help me. Tried telling me incorrect information because they are too lazy and rude to do the job. I wasn’t asking them to repair it, just wanted them to put oil in. Refused to help me and gave my keys to the service station next door because they didn’t want face me….terrible people

D&T Mechanical were not only happy to accommodate and fit my car in when it suited, due to busy work schedule, they went the extra mile and delivered me around the corner to work and sourced my parts for my breaks, quoted and repaired as per requirements and a true hard working family business, support your local business's such as this one, honest and have integrity! They won't let you down!

I have been servicing my car for almost 11 years and not once I have had any issues. Highly recommend Dave and Tracey! Genuine couple and they ar the best people I ever met.

They were in a word, great. Really looked after my Alfa (which can be a pain to get in and out), but were completely upfront, honest, professional and couldn't recommend them highly enough. This is the first time i've had a mechanic that good i'm writing a review for them!Cheers guys

I can't recommend D & T highly enough. Recently after a beeping red light warned me that there was a problem with the coolant, a friend took my car for me to D & T who diagnosed the problem (water pump) which they fixed, and on request, did a proper service which was well overdue so now I feel safe tootling around again in my little Skoda Fabia. Great customer service and nothing is too much trouble. Also happy to explain what needs doing and why and what to watch out for in the future which is important for me as my mileage is very low so I can't rely on mileage to tell me that a service is due. Dave and Tracey are just great and happy to give any needed advice! Call me a happy happy customer!

this place is the epitome of a dodgy Mechanic and poor customer service. save yourself the stress. pay a little extra if you have to and don't go here. I had to pay $120 to get my keys back for a 'diagnosis' that another mechanic figured out over the phone. When I tried to sort out the situation with them, they preferred I didn't come back to them rather than try to sort something out. They rarely are contactable, it's taken two days to get my car back and it was still on the hoist when I went to collect it. I can go on but I won't. Honestly. Don't go here.

I have been going to Dave for years with a number of different types of vehicles. His charges are always reasonable and he always does an amazing job. The reviews that say he’s dodgy are clearly people who aren’t very nice. How you could not like Dave or Tracey is beyond me. They are the nicest most honest people who do a great job at half the price of most other mechanics.

I have been to D&T twice now over the last couple of years. Both times they have been so helpful. Dave is very honest about what can and can't be fixed (my car is not great), and Tracey did so much work sourcing good quality parts for the best price possible. They always tell you up front and before hand what the works are going to cost, and help you determine the best course of action. Would happily return and recommend them!!

I would like to respond to the bad review left by Rochelle Massie 2 years ago.Rochelle left her car out side my workshop with out an appointment and rang me up and asked me to fix her car. I only have a 2 bay 2 hoist shop.I came down after hours and locked Rochelle's car up, later she was contacted to let her know how much the repairs would cost.She did not get back to me. Rochelle then decided that she wanted her car back after saying she wanted it fixed.I did charge a $120.00 fee for wasting my time ( I had turned away jobs in order to repair her car) but this hardly makes me a dodgy mechanic. If I was dodgy I would have just repaired her car and given her the bill as she had told me to fix it.She told me that she would leave me a really nasty review which she did.Rochelle works in media or she did so I guess that is why her review is still showing after 2 years.

Dave services my whole family’s cars. I trust Dave to only do what is needed on my car. Dave and Tracey always contact me before they do any work and let me know how much it will cost me. Highly recommended
