I purchased a Roamer watch from Amazon and it arrived with a faulty battery. Sent it into WEC as they were a licenced repairer for Roamer. Not only did they fix the battery, they set the time, date and day as well. These little things really matter and it was a nice surprise to see that I did not have to set any of those other settings. They also sent it back by star track express, all in all an awesome experience and no questions asked!

Sent a watch in for repair. They lost it and now are refusing to cover the cost of the loss. Alex the marketig lady is rude and obnoxious. Manager is refusing to talk to customer as he is too busy". I will be filing a complaint with VCAT and the police"

I sent an Ice watch to West End to have a broken face replaced. It took a long time as the part was held up due to Covid issues I think, but in the meantime WestEnd were friendly and professional in their dealings and ended up not charging us. I felt their service was great, especially considering it was a very minor item coming from a customer in another state.

The spindle ( winder ) of my Ted Baker Watch was broken, so dropped around to see if it could be fixed , Watchmaker told me to go and get a coffee and come back in 20 minutes ,came back watch all fixed, left there feeling very satisfied.
