Our property was recently sold by Great Ocean Properties. It was sold at a price we were very happy with and in a short amount of time. Perhaps there's little competition or they've had it too good for too long, but this mob appear to be quite incompetent. Apollo Bay and its surrounds is a beautiful area and properties here deserve top-notch representation, which is not what's happening through this agency. Having flown from Queensland to view a property we were very interested in, we were kept waiting for a full hour in the heat of the midday sun while the agent was lingering at his prior appointment. We were offered a half-hearted inspection, sent incorrect information and emailed a confidential and private thread of messages between the owner and the agent. Needless to say, the property in question remains unsold at time of writing. If our experience is anything to go by, this is an agency to be avoided.

Absolutely outrageously inappropriate phone manners from property manager newzealand woman. I don't know where people get off being aggressive to people they don't even know ..ridiculous.
