Staff member was great, but to be informed I have to have tolls charged to my CC plus a $3.45 fee per toll is pure profiteering. Other more progressive (and customer orientated) rental companies offer, and know people with Linked accounts can nominate temporary vehicles, thereby ensuring customers aren’t paying double what they need too and alleviating unnecessary admin. Time to get with the program digitally and reconsider your approach to customer service over profiteering.

Nice and close to airport, hardly any wait. Very thoughtful of us right from go. We were on our way in a very short time. We had a great visit to the area and the van worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. Low consumption too.

Jucy staff were very friendly and helpful. Booking the car online was easy and it was the cheapest car by far and while it was basic (You get what you pay for!!!), it was reliable and clean and had everything we needed in a car. The pick up and drop off of the car went very smoothly and the shuttle to and from the Airport was really good too. It was a pleasant experience all round and will definately be using this company again!

We got wrong informations about the vehicle and the insurance from the employees. They said we are fully insured and we did not have to leave any deposit or credit card details. We returned the vehicle and everything was ok, but after a few days they charged us a huge amount, because suddenly we were not insured anymore. As we did not leave a deposit nor credit card details, they just used our bank card details from the card we have paid with. They saved our bank card details without permission and did unauthorized transactions. Moreover, they did not inform us at all and we had to reach out on them asking several times for a bill/ pictures and a satement how they illegally saved our bank card details without permission.We cannot recommend renting a vehicle with them at all and we would never book with them again! Very unprofessional and untrustworthy

great car hire company, car nice and clean. Staff little bit off with the fairies, as we were made to wait 30mins for them to bring a child car seat out and then I still had to go in and ask for the car seat. Staff member asked me if I needed help putting the seat in, I explained no, I just need the car seat so I can put it in the car.

I loved that we arrived early before opening time, and a friendly gentlemen came and opened for us, and helped us immediately. So helpful, friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend!!

James, at the Tugun outlet in Coolangatta was really helpful and great customer service skills. The car was very clean and a good value for money always.

10/10 would recommend Juicy Gold Coast to friends and family! The staff (both airport pick up driver and reception staff) were so lovely and friendly. Process from online booking to pick up was easy and seamless.
