Lockyer Valley Ford Mitsubishi Gas

I bought my Ford Ranger from this dealership in 2017, I always have my car service there, the service was excellent. One thing annoyed me is after the last service they didn’t replace my plastic engine cover back on., it’s missing ,I got in touch with them and they told me ,which is not true, That model didn’t come with an engine cover., so I got in touch with Ford down in Melbourne and they told me it does come with an engine cover, probably in their workshop somewhere, after excellent service, I’m disappointed that this part is missing.

If you want your car serviced I highly recommend these guys. These guys go beyond and everybody that ask me where I get my work van serviced I tell them these guys. Chris and the team keep up the great service.

I was so disappointed when I had my vehicle serviced recently. I also included a wheel rotation, check the balancing of tyres and wheel alignment. Which I found out was carried out by an outside business. I was told that the tyres were in good condition and everything was good. But I soon found out that was the correct truth. The wheel alignment was well out, the worst I have every experienced, and for the first time in I did not feel comfortable or confident, it was also very noisy within the vehicle which I had never experienced before. I rang them as soon as I could and booked it in again to have them rectified.This time I was told that they had left off a cover, that would of been the reason for the noise. The wheel alignment was adjusted to the best they could but I should think about replacing the tyres. I reminded them on what they told me at the previous service and they just repeated their suggestion with no more explanation. Both of these complaints where still very noticeable when I was driving home again.So the next day I took the vehicle to another Tyre Service business. They actually showed me that 2 of the tyres were in a bad state and the wheel alignment was well out. Oh why couldn't the Staff at Ford Gatton tell me this about the tyres instead of what they did say, that would of meant to me that they cared and good customer service.I will not be taking my vehicle back to them again. I am a senior lady and rely on honesty and care for my safety and reliability of my car.

Took my car in for a repair and while it was being repaired I spoke to a nice young man who turned out to be the Sale's Manager. Answered all my questions about the new Everest then saddest we take it for a drive. When we returned my car was ready. A great experience.
