Great place to solve connection problems. Steve is very helpful and the Ziggy BBQ starts first time every time. Cooks great too.

Went into the store to buy new masterbuit BBQ, unfortunately they didn't have what i wanted the stock, but sales service i got from Debbie was second to none!friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful i did Purchase from another barbecue galore but thats only because of Debbie being so helpful and helping find what suits my needs !Highly recommend going to see Debbie at Pakenham If you're ever in need of a BBQ.

We purchased a product that unfortunately wasn’t quite what was expected after we used it. On contacting BBQ’s Galore, their response was fantastic. Their service, attitude, and cooperation was exemplary. Thank you, we will be back, and we will highly recommend your store whenever possible.

Kind and friendly people. Helped us out a lot when choosing a wood fire heater, there was a little hiccup with the shipment but they were quick to fix it and even threw in some things for compensation. Manager was lovely and had a few calls after to check up and see if everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend

Great Service and great range of products, I went in with an idea of what I wanted and after Karina talked through all the options I ended up in going with the Kamado Joe and couldn't be happier. The whole team have been great to deal with and are extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't recommend them highly enough for your next BBQ or accessories.P.S. the photo is my first Rolled pork on the Kamado after following Karina's instructions. Delicious.

Review edit Feb 3 2021: order was supposed to be delivered mid Jan. Nothing arrived, no phone calls.2 weeks of phoning the warehouse we finally get through.We were told, now, end of March delivery or we can have an incomplete floor display stock now.Disgusting service, we are now considering cancelling the order and buying elsewhere.Still no communication from head office over this 10week wait.Personally, go elsewhere!!Original review:I received prompt friendly service here, they were able to answer all my questions.Ended up buying a deluxe BBQ and outdoor setting.Issue I had was when I purchased I asked if they were going to be on sale over Xmas, if so I would wait 2 days. Sales Person said neither item, both being new products would be on Sale.2 days later they were both on Sale.I returned and asked for price match as they advertise they do. This should not have been a 20 minute argument only resolved when I demanded my order be cancelled.I will continue to shop here, but now I have a serious trust issue

Worst customer service. Person working kept looking over to the counter but refused to come over and serve customers waiting! Do your job and serve customers! Waited 10 minutes at the counter then walked out.
