BWS Engadine

The same as any other BWS in terms of price and stock but I'm a bit annoyed that I've had to ask for my purchases to get bagged or wait in line whilst a cashier is having an extra long chat with another customer.Edit: I initially rated this BWS 3 stars but bumped it up to 5 because it's really the customers that take their time chatting away, the staff are pretty excellent.

Did not go to that shop every thing was closed

Good range of stock & very helpful and friendly staff

The staff are friendly and helpful and I can always walk in and find something I like.

I'm going to cheat a little here, and throw in my review from BWS just up the road first:_________________Heatcote! Well, raise my rent! That's why I turned up to BWS Engadine last night and found they were already closed. Because you're not Engadine; you're across the highway in Heathcote!But your very polite, professional staff told me you were shut - the closed grille was the visual cue! - but also directed me down the road to Engadine Shopping Centre where I was able to make my purchase.Tonight, I had 10-12 minutes until close, and M. saw me right, and listened to my music stories about Kentucky and the Carolinas while he rung up my purchases.Huzzah! And...Now I might just have a cup of coffee because kick-off is still 3hrs away! ;-)BQ__________________And last night, I was similarly just in time at Engadine, and the range, prices, great layout was all there too. CHECK your RECEIPTS!!Purchased 3 different bottles of wine, only 2 types on my receipt. They had charged me for 2 bottles of one kind, of course it was the more expensive of the 3 I had selected. I’d have gone back had I realised before getting home, which is close to 20 mins from here.Otherwise selection is good and staff are friendly, a lot large than a lot of other BWS stores.
