This vet is extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I have tried taking my pets there a few times but now travel 35 minutes each way to another vet as I couldn't take their lack of care any more.They only care about upselling (they're animals, not cars?) and whilst it is a business, I believe the animals should matter the most and certainly more than money.Please do yourself a favour and try elsewhere.Edit: The response below doesn't seem to match up with my experience at all so maybe you have someone else in mind? But thanks for the response anyway...

They are great. My dog was bought in as an emergency, they were caring and supportive. Each step was discussed with us. I now continue to take my pets there.

Dr Andrew has taken care of my cat for many years. Dr Andrew is a wonderful kind and caring Vet. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are lovely and go out of there way to be helpful caring and kind. Highly recommended.

I'm super grateful for the help that Maudsland Vet staff provided for my little chihuahua puppy! I brought my dog in twice, under emergency circumstances and they saw him straight away even though they were very busy. I just wanted to say that you guys do an amazing job and you can tell the vets, nurses and reception staff are extremely knowledgeable and caring. I can count on them if something is not right to just go in and get a check up and that means a lot. Thank you for looking after Mr. Bobby :)

I can't recommend this vet enough. The whole team are so incredibly caring and accommodating, and do what they can to make a trip to the vets less scary for my anxious dog. I know my fur babies are in great hands
