The store is empty with 4-5 staffs at the time. They don’t even know the basic of the customer service is. I stood in front of the counter( the lady was in front of computer seems like couldn’t see my fat body standing and waiting for help) . 2 staffs walked pass me few times but they didn’t even ask if I need any help or I have been serve. Well, extremely disappointed!

Never have my meds in 4/5 times. The convenience of the drive through is not enough to make up for the 2 trips I usually have to make. They refuse to alter their stock level. Going elsewhere.

Recent changes have definitely not been for the better; and I've modified my review to reflect this. There are still a few excellent staff members, and the place is open 7 days... not much else to say as I'm not comfortable posting all the negatives.

I hate giving 1 star reviews but I visited this store chasing some form of Massage Oil to massage my legs shin splints. I mentioned this to the assistant who recommended an Emu Oil for $28. Turn out this type of oil isn't really for massages it just rubs in more like an ointment.I asked to bring the product back for a refund and was told by the owner of the business as the seal is broken they cannot refund the product, even though it was their lack of knowledge of the product and poor recommendation that misled me into the purchase.p

First time I wanted a script filled, the pharmacy was very busy so I thought I would leave the script and return later that day. 3 hours later I returned the script was misplaced and took another 20minutes to fill. Returned again a week later to have 2 other scripts completed lucky I checked as I was only given 1/2 medications. Again the script was misplaced. One of the sales associates however is however helpful with over the counter medications. I just wouldn’t be trusting them with prescriptions.

I had my Covid vaccine here. It was a hassle-free and stress-free experience. I did not need to beat the crowd and had no parking issues like other public vaccine hubs.Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly :)

Friendly people, very helpful. They have a lady here that provides support and discounts to new parents. Heaps of parking and open till 8pm for evening emergencies.
