Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training
I had numerous sessions with Grayson of Longevity while recuperating from surgery for a torn Pectoralis Major - the tendon that connects your chest to your shoulder/arm. Grayson was great: empathetic, professional, knowledgeable and patient. He listened to my goals - a speedy return to the tennis court and resistance training - and to my fears - pain and re-injury - and put together a conservative, progressive program that worked very well. I’d strongly recommend using his services on the comeback from injury.

I have attended Longevity Pymble since Nov 22 and have been trained by Susannah, sometimes by Grayson and Josh. I have individually tailored program to suit my needs. They are all highly qualified with great knowledge and experience. Every time I walk in there is a warm welcome with a big smile. I can highly recommend them as I have greatly improved my fitness and strength and am achieving goals I thought I never could.

I’m lucky enough to manage North Shore Gym- the facility in which the Pymble branch of the Longevity team work out of.The Longevity team have been with us for almost two years now and I couldn’t hold the team of Naomi, Josh and Grayson in higher esteem. They are welcoming, polite, professional and their dedication to helping their clients is inspiring to watch. Each of them are phenomenal at what they do and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anyone struggling with an injury, chronic condition or disability.

Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training
Pymble Longevity was recommended to me by my physiotherapist to help manage osteoarthritis pain and decreasing mobility.I have been working with Susannah since October 22. Each session is such a positive experience.The program Susannah develops might target a specific problem area and then introduces exercises that gradually push you through to the next level in strength balance and aerobic fitness.Each session builds up confidence that you can achieve even more. I am surprised at my improved ability to walk up hills and stairs without becoming breathless and at times forget about the osteoarthritis.

I can’t recommend Naomi and the team at Longevity enough. Having sustained a TBI 2 years ago Naomi has helped me build my functional capacity and improved my everyday life to no end. She has an amazing ability to push you just the right amount so that you make progress without pushing you to the point where you give up. Naomi’s positive nature and obvious love for what she does helps to keep you motivated even when you’re just not feeling like doing anything at all. She has a drive and enthusiasm which is infectious and makes the gym feel like an accessible place. Her gym and at home programs work and take into account the millions of things that we all have on so that it’s all achievable. My positive experiences with Naomi and the Longevity team has seen my husband also start using their services to help improve his overall health and wellbeing. Overall I can’t recommend Naomi enough.

Longevity Exercise Physiology and Personal Training
I went to longevity and met my trainer who was Naomi. she and I had tons of fun and I really enjoyed doing all the exercises. I also always looked forward to the last ten minutes where we practiced some boxing and now I (finally) have my own gloves and am practicing all she taught me. she helped with my balance and the basic gym exercises as well as making sure that my strength was intact. yea that's all. 10/10

I didn’t know what to expect when I decided to sign up for a series of sessions with an exercise physiologist. As someone who has chronic chest pain, my doctor had recommended I go down the EP route and I’m so glad I did - I worked directly with Grayson, who was incredible. The Pymble location itself is great and welcoming, and the work I did and the stretches/exercises I learned have truly made a massive difference to my pain levels. And for that I’ll always be very grateful. I would thoroughly recommend - not only Longevity Exercise Physiology but also Grayson in particular. A big thank you again xx
