Freetime Cuts and Colour
Had to go to another hairdresser to fix my hair. Understandable that they are a budget hairdresser, but asking for an inch off as a straight cut shouldn't be difficult. I regret not speaking up but I was so humiliated, and the second hairdresser I went to stayed open longer to fix it because they thought it looked terrible.

Freetime Cuts and Colour
I came in with a person with a disability who is non verbal. After there hair cut was complete they wanted the trimmer used on their hair, the hairdresser was accommodating and did an undercut for them. Afterwards they still didn’t want to leave the hairdressers seat and were quite agitated and demanding. Both hair dressers that where on (11/12/2022) were amazing and were very patient and friendly in this difficult situation. Turns out that they just needed the clippers removed from their sight to be finished. I couldn’t find a website or email to send a Thank-you or let their manager know that they are fantastic staff so am leaving a review.
