Went in first thing this morning and told he needed to clean up fair enough I thought went to sit down and was told to come back in ten minutes. Left and came back ten minutes later and there's a guy in the chair halfway through his hair cut. Sit and wait for 20 minutes no communication on how long so left a bit disheartened. It's hard enough for me getting up there. They do a good job however

Took my little boy there to get a hair cut and he came out looking like joe dirt. We waited 30mins standing out the front, terrible customer service, unprofessional hair dressers and they clearly have no experience with children’s hair cuts. I would not recommend this place EVER! You will come out looking like a hill billy!

Waited almost 2 hrs at off-peak times. One girl took 45 mins to cut one person's hair. Other girl went for a lunch break but didn't come back. I wanted to give this place a second chance but was obviously a mistake. Never coming back

Always satisfied with the team at Dario & Co! Yes, there is often a wait time but always worth the wait. If there's a wait time, rather than complaining, realise that they are THAT busy because they are THAT good!They always listen in order to provide that personalised service. The only way to leave dissatisfied is if you didn't vocalise your wants and needs.I have been a customer of Dario since they opened their doors at Pakenham Marketplace and I refuse to go anywhere else.

Got it done I started regretting it half way through but didn’t want to say anything, then I went home and nearly cried myself to sleep because of the bad cut

Dario and his experienced staff are always busy it may be a small shop but it works extremely well be warned the shop does get extremely busy so charge your phone and bring a snack because the line goes out the door almost to the coffee shop that I've only seen once
