Had amazing service from Oscar. Didn't make us feel like we were taking up too much of his time or asking too many stupid questions (which we probably were). Wasn't too pushy in the upsales and his knowledge on everything was a great help.

AVIOD AT ALL COSTSZero stars. Average customer service handling a faulty purchase.Purchased a wetsuit which was discounted. Tore first time putting on, clear fault, probably why it was discounted- now being put through the ringer with 'returning to the manufacturer for assesment', 'we dont have any more stock'I am your customer - not rip curls, don't hide behind your supplier.I wont be purchasing or recommending this business, seemingly good prices, but they are probably selling factory 'seconds' - expect the old service treatment with these guys - not the Customer first approach other stores will offer, my mistake looking for a discount.I will update this thread with the actions, its 2022, look after your customer, I thought I had found a great new supplier- not the case at all.AVIOD AT ALL COSTS

Do Not buy online, logistical nightmare. They send all items separately, still waiting 3-4 weeks for equipment. And missing items what were purchased. Yet they posted receipts

300% recommended I went to buy my first official diving mask and the guys in the store treated us incredibly, super well explained, very kind and concise. I highly recommend the store because for newbies like me, extra help from professionals is great! good job guys!

Customer service is absolutely atrocious. Adreno/wetsuit warehouse seems to be staffed (almost) exclusively by too big for their boots twenty something guys that quite literally stand around at the front counter chatting about their weekends instead of bothering to engage with their customers. Can I help you with anything is not a phrase that is familiar to anyone working here and no one is going to stand around serving you or answering your questions like a regular shop assistant. In fact, if you go upstairs you’ll usually get the whole floor to yourself (best of luck to you if you have a medical episode or need help finding a wetsuit). It’s an absolute shame that this place has the monopoly on affordable dive gear and wetsuits because boy do they know it, manager obviously hasn’t changed in years considering your bad reviews all mention the same things. Did I mention the customer service is shockingly bad?

Wow - exceptional service. Got excellent phone advice regarding a small, cheap replacement part, and it was home-delivered within 24 hours ! Never experienced anything so efficient.

Quite possibly the worst post sale experience I have ever experienced. After spending $600 on a watch through an online order, receiving a refurbished watch in a plastic bag (no manual, box, or even bubble wrap) then after calling to explain what we had received we were sent a box with a wrist band. Finally received a new watch 2 days before Christmas and the usb cable is missing.. we have sent an email requesting a refund a week ago and have not had a reply. I'm appauld at the the lack of care, sub quality products and will never be spending money with Adreno again.

Got serviced by Daniel today, didn’t know his name only remembered “the orange beanie handsome guy”. He was so friendly, patient and really helped me a lot! Had a great visiting in the shop. Just Want to say a big thank you to him and would definitely come back again. Rose

Sadly, I must agree with a previous review about poor customer service. As an older person I just wanted help buying a wetsuit, fins , goggles and snorkel for a once in a life time trip. Sure, i’m not the scuba fanatic and regular buyer, but I was a buyer prepared to spend a reasonable amount of money for my trip. No one came near us. Yes, at first when we arrived you were busy… okay…. we got the attention of a girl only after my daughter searched for help. The young woman she attracted the attention of seemed like she’d rather be at the beach than helping us, and gave us an unsmiling bit of help about a goggles and snorkel kit, but oh she just walked away and left us to it…(not to help anyone else btw) , plus we’d had to work out the fins ourselves. With those in hand we went to the counter… lucky us …she glumly took us up to wetsuits, she pulled 3 out, left and never came back. Gee thanks. Great.. now what do I do, none worked…. My daughter did the search around for me…. eventually I found one. She, the store supposed assistant, never came back to see how I was going…. but… how funny… We could hear them all talking downstairs, including her, about their weekend activities. Really busy people. After choosing, without help, I went to the counter to purchase the gear and I complained about the lack of service. The young man gave the excuse of being busy… I said, yes, but not at all times and nobody (she) never even bothered to come back and see how I was going. Yep… the said girl … then walked past, still glum faced and never looked at me and was just glumly walking around when I was paying. Hey bosses of this store pick up your customer service game… not good enough. By the way this is my second suit from you and last time. I couldn’t fault the guy that helped me … but…are you watching your Sunday staff?Please reply Wetsuit warehouse/Adreno… I’d love to know the customer service model you expect staff to employ .

Was there a few months ago getting some diving gears. Am from a tropical country, so i dont know much about diving in winter. Daniel (i think thats his name, cant really remember) was very helpful. Got me a nice thick suit and some equipment. And he also gave me some tips on nice spots around Victoria. Would 100% recommend
