Totally unprofessional. Didn’t stick to original booking date then proceeded to reschedule me 2 more times during the week and when they finally called to confirm to show up today, demanded an upfront payment. Completely wasted our time and were extremely rude. Do not use this company.*reply to business response*We were happy to pay upfront if you stuck to the original date we booked and you stuffed us around 3 times during the week. There is nothing in the home only towels in the cupboard which we were going to throw out. You are just making up excuses for your terrible service and you have now left it too late for us to organise another cleaner. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PEOPLE!!
