Highly recommend Gus and his team! They moved an extremely heavy kitchen Island for us within very tight dimensions getting it in in perfect condition,( that other companies declined to do). Gus was fantastic to deal with from start to finish and you could tell had remarkable experience in removals. Would absolutely use them again!

Booked in for 12pm. Rang at 11.50am, said won't be there til 3.30. Managed my day around them including my staff, cost a fortune. Hopeless.

We moved from the Gold Coast to Airlie Beach - 18hrs away. We thought we would have to do it ourselves after a few other removal companies overcharged or wouldn’t drive up that far.We called Gus and the guys at GC Pro Removals as a last attempt and received the friendliest most efficient response. There was no question of if they could do it, it was just a “whatever you need” kind of vibe. Super helpful, super friendly. Arrived on time, quickly packed and arrived on time at the other end.Such a pleasure and we would use Gus again in a second.

We have booked GC pro removal to attend our vacate move from a first floor apartment to a near by suburb 15 minutes away.Our critical request during the query was that we have a 2.5m couch that required to be balcony lifted by his team. We stressed that if Gus and his team would be able to perform this lift safety and we recommened Gus that we are happy to pay him an hour rate to attend site prior accepting the works to be sured that all operation runs smoothly on the day.Gus responds both over the phone and via text messages, to which we have provided photo evidence to show him the lift location and size of the couch. Gus words were, no problem we do this all the time, we can do it no problem. With such confidence we proceed with our booking.To refine the story aside from our couch, we have standard moving items such as single door fridge, king matress and book shelf etc. Gus even offered to do a tip run service as we were not taking our bedframe and required scrapping and Gus mentioned his business operates nearby a scrapyard so that any tip run can be placed into the truck on the day.Arrival was on time and well communicated, Gus was not onsite but 2 of his employees were. I focused on discussing with them regarding the couch and how we can approach it with my assistance also. The boys on site denied to perform on site and i simply questioned why are they here at all? as they were specifically booked to performed this task that their boss, Gus, proclaimed to be confident, proficient and does it frequently.I phoned Gus as did the 2 employees on site they did not want to do it, i simply queried Gus, 'Why did you say yes to this? I had offered you to attend site and have provided photos to which you claim it was no issues.' To my surprise Gus now has changed his tone and proceed to discuss unprofessionally, 'Mate first of all it is illegal to perform this lift and theres no such thing as a professional removalist' Gus mentioned. To which i replied 'Why did you accept a job to which you know within your expertise that is illegal?'I had to come up with a strategy on site utilising my vehicle and my help to lift to lower the couch to the roof of my car and then proceed to lift off once was completed. All went smoothly but have to take into account that i am paying them by the hour to come up with a strategy for their job in my own time with my own labour.Aside from couch drama, lets talk about general removalist duty. The 2 boys onsite were clueless about moving things down 2 flights of stairs. They have dented the front of our fridge and had to be instructed by both myself and my neighbours about how to lift it.In regards to the tip run service Gus offered, the boys on site refused to take my items and only saw things he wanted to keep for himself and said he will take. He saw a bike that was being thrown out and ask if he can take that but not take the rest to the tip? At this stage i was simply over their unprofessionalism and wanted them out of my home.If Gus would like to contest any of my statement with photos or converational evidence feel free, this review has been honest and truthful and fair. Given both positive of what went well such as communication and punctuality, also a lot of negatives to a removalist business performing removalist duties.Consumer i highly recommend to proceed with caution, as in this economy it appears Gus is a 'Yes Man' and will just accept any work but the headache comes on the day.In conclusion, i would not be recommending this service to my family, friends or my enemy.

These guys are on too of their game and they know exactly what they are meant to do.I had the dream team Renato & Raul doing my removals from Main Beach to Paradise Waters.
