Extremely professional and quality work...Phil did a steam cleaning job on a lounge set of ours...work is of the highest quality...above all he is very honest and when he noticed that the quoted price was for a 5 seater but ours was a 4 seater he charged a lesser amount as well. I highly recommend this local bussiness..

He maintains a very professional conduct including punctuality, appropriate preplanning of the work, a kind and friendly manner, as well as prompt and helpful communication. All this for very affordable and reasonable prices.Both times I've employed him, I've been very appreciative of the quality he's delivered, his accommodating and helpful approach, and his strong knowledge of stains, issues, and how to better maintain my carpets and upholstery in the future.I wish I'd taken before and after photos of my lounge. When I called Phil, I was considering throwing it out as it had several stains including oils, food, drinks and candlewax over 5 years. Within an hour, Phil made it look almost brand new with all the stains disappeared. Was genuinely impressed and relieved at the sight of it.Would highly recommend Phil's services and I'm certain if you hire him once, you'll hire him again and again!

I felt like Phil did a rushed job, he cleaned 6 rooms, stairways and hallway in under 1 hour. Seemed like he just had to get to the next job. He even forgot to clean one of the rooms and had to come back.Didn’t vacuum the carpet before hand and when I questioned him he said usually the owners vaccum. Im definitely paying a little more next time and getting someone who does the job well.

Phil was absolutely wonderful... very professional, efficient & friendly from the moment I contacted him. The job he did was even better! My carpets & rugs have never been cleaner... they look like new after being cleaned. Phil takes the time to understand the customer’s concerns & requirements, & then genuinely tries to do everything he can to help out.
