Great company! Very fast internet and very good technical help when you've got a problem. I had one in three years. And it had nothing to do either with their network or the connection. More with how info travels through virtual space. Solved very quickly. The technician actually called me to check if everything was fine. That was a pleasant surprise!

Excellent speeds, great support, local Melbourne ISP. Have been a customer for over two and half years, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommend if you're looking for a non-congested network with reliable uptime.

Not the worst to deal with for technical support by far, they answer calls promptly which is really great, but it’s hit and miss. I have had some aggressive tone with unclear instructions though. In another support enquiry for an auto payment I had set up to save time (and backup card placed) ironically also required more effort than I’d hoped to resolve.

I have been a Pineapple Net customer for close to 1 year and very happy with the service they provide. The switch from my previous provider was easy and the setup was done swiftly by Pineapple Net. Also, great tech support in case problems occur with the service. Highly recommend

Pineapple bought out the internet company we were with. Got in touch with them as we were having drop-outs and slow speeds.Overseas tech support made it hard to understand them and them us. Turns out they couldn't supply us with the speeds of the package we were on, so there is that problem. On the same call, they asked us to reconfigure our modem (provided by the internet company they bought out) so it was tuned into some maintenance they had done. The second we did it, we lost internet. After 2 days on the phone going round and round, they said they were going to send a tech out (free callout), which would cost $140 per 30-minutes of work they needed to do and we would have to pay them $200 for a new router if needed. I work from home and time is money. I'd already lost 2 days and far too much time and money to their faffing around. So we've cancelled.

We have been with Pineapple Net for sometime now and have nothing but positive feedback for this company. I have had issues with relocating our network and have found them to be professional, helpful and efficient. We recommend them for your ISP.

Haven't been with Pineapple for very long, but so far very happy with my experience. The connection is very fast, the price very reasonable, and they're easy to communicate with.

I signed up for Pineapple in 2020 after years of disappointing Internet providers, first with Telstra's Belong (who could only provide me ADSL+ in inner-city Melbourne) and VividWireless/Optus (via a mobile internet service) - from the day I switched Pineapple has been incredible. Super fast, helpful service, installation was quick and easy. Very happy!

We have been a customer of Pineapple for a few years. The switch from our previous supplier was very easy and Pineapple worked diligently to change the hardware and get us up and running .We have had an almost trouble free service with quality streaming at great speeds and a very competitive cost. About 30% cheaper than our previous supplier.So much better then what we previously had. The one problem due to a power outage was fixed quickly and with lots of help from Pineapple staff.It was a good decision to switch to them.
