Absolutely love f45! I’ve been coming here for quite some time now. I love how all the staff make you feel so welcome no matter your fitness level. They encourage you and give you guidance where needed. The classes change regularly so it doesn’t get boring! The members of f45 are also awesome! Love my f45 journey!

For me, F45 has been a life saver. After losing both my parents three weeks apart in 2019, I was struggling. A close friend (thanks Mrs Treacy) encouraged me to take a class with her and it became a kind of therapy. The following years weren’t without their difficulties, suffering 4 miscarriages (including twins) with my new husband and enduring great grief/sadness for other reasons. I’ve been able to share this with Andrew and his team of coaches who gently brought me back to life. They’re positive, engaging, encouraging, never judge and take a genuine interest in your life, your family and your achievements. This review has been a long time coming. I will forever be in debt to my very good friend who gave me the nudge and for Andrew and his team who have kept me coming back.
