It was serendipitous that I found the Rosewood Centre when I did. My psychologist picked me up off the floor (figuratively) and helped me to see a way forward at a time when I was struggling.She has taught me the invaluable life skills of how to be less reactive and manage my emotions better.She created a safe space that I felt comfortable being my true self in. I felt seen and understood from the first session.I am immensely grateful for all the support, guidance and practical tools I’ve been given. I am so grateful to the service for their professionalism.It has changed my life. Thank you.

I can highly recommend the Rosewood Centre. I had a session with a psychologist there to assist me with a friend who was doing it tough. They were very helpful. They gave me advice on how to approach him and shared some resources that may be useful to encourage him to seek support. I found the staff to be warm and welcoming. Also the wait times were not as long as some of the others I tried.Since then, I have recommended two friends to go to the Rosewood Centre and they have been happy with the support they received too.
