Left me in a very bad position after waiting g a whole week for my appt. I was suffering of siatica badly and was having treatments weekly. They tried to do this to me also the week before but I though that would be a one off and accepted that.Then They cancelled me on the day of my appt again after having an appt I waited for all week for which the therapist personally booked in after my last treatment.Therapist didn’t care she left me in this position right before I was leaving on a holiday.The front desk has told me a would receive a lazer treatment as they had a free promotion in September, I had two treatments and never was given the lazer treatment as promised in September however I continued to make weekly apptsTo make it worse when I rang the receptionist the lady on the phone told me that the therapist cancelled my appt to go to some private appt that came up ??No regard as to the position they left me in and just dropped my appointment on the day.After making a few complaints in writing and also by txt and also leaving messages on their business and mobile provided they haven’t even bothered to call me back. I am so disappointed in this establishment for treating me like this and would not recommend you go see these therapist if you are relying on their treatments for some relief.

Great place for a massage, unlike most of the coast this practice has qualified massage therapists who know what they are doing and have undergone extensive training. They have a holistic approach to remidial massage and offer alternative therapies including cold laser and vibration saunas. Good service, highly recommend.

You can always get an appointment here which is fantastic. All the therapists are great and efficient.
