The team @ Northern Beaches Air Conditioning Services performed another stellar job on our home ducted heating unit. The unit is literally on its last legs and continues to provide a wonderful warm amenity to home during the colder winter months. The team have been servicing the unit for a few years now and have managed to keep it ticking along pending a replacement unit to be installed. Dexter’s technical expertise and know-how has saved the day (/winter season) yet again. I’d highly recommend their services. Thanks team !

George is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, kind of like an aircon Yoda - there isn’t anything he can’t repair or do. His co workers, Dexter and Bruce are also very proficient and know what they are doing. My home is left clean which I appreciate very much. Our ducted heating system stopped working, right when the cold weather was about to set in. We called some companies to investigate and find the fault. Most that responded charged a large call out fee and then recommended replacement of furnace at great cost. George from the Northern Beaches AC is the only person who took time to examine the system, diagnose the issue and offer solutions that didn't involve a full system replacement. The heating is working really well with the repairs George and Dexter were able to undertake, saving us thousands of dollars, and just in time for winter! George is personable, reliable and professional and his charges are fair and reasonable. His off-sider Dexter is a polite and skilled young man. They were both very friendly and courteous and respectful of our property. We highly recommend using Northern Beaches Air Conditioning.

We commend the work of the 3 installers who recently installed a Daiken AC unit in our apartment. George and his team had a complex job with this installation, but they approached it with care and competency to make sure they would achieve the outcome we were hoping for. Despite the complexities and the fact it took them much longer than they had expected, the job was completed by working through a Saturday to make sure everything was done properly and in a reasonable timeframe. We highly recommend this company!

I highly recommend this company. Dexter arrived on time. He was polite and communicated honestly & clearly. He checked and repaired my air con unit within 40 mins. Previously a company told me my mother board was burned out and I would need a new system. Dexter said there was nothing wrong with my mother board. He switched the isolation switch on (which had been turned off by someone?? ) and after he fully checked my system he had it fully functional.
