Visited deco rug store located at Prospect, Blacktown 11/1/2023. It was a good and pleasant experience to share how wonderful to be served by AKMAL who happened to be the store staff in the afternoon. A good reasonable offer to us, it’s best recommendation to shop at DECO RUG, they have numerous beautiful designs that suites your taste to decorate home and a good price. I’ve been to other stores but not as good as DECOR RUG, deco rug good service..

Sabahat was extremely accommodating and helpful with her suggestions and advice. She spent a good one hour with us and well into closing time she didn’t give up or give us any attitude. She continued with us until we finally found the carpet we needed. It was so nice of her to continue with good spirit and a positive attitude even when I was being flaky with my decisions and even suggested I leave and come back tomorrow. Highly recommend decorug for all your carpet and rug needs.

Great quality, fair price and exceptional customer service. Akmal helped me buying a rug that suits my budget and goes perfectly well with my lounge setting. Saba was also marvellous she helped me through out and took the rug safely to my car. Overall a pleasent experience. Highly recommended.

We had a beautiful experience from Angela today. She greeted us warmly and helped with our enqueries. She have also shown and explained the differences and feel of each rugs, which helped immensely in choosing the right shaggy rug for us. We also had a great deal from them. Alex also helped us carry the rug to our vehicle. Thanks for your above and beyond customer service. Will be going to purchase there again.

Had a wonderful experience at DecoRug. The lady who helped us (we forgot to ask for a name) appeared to be the store manager. She was so kind and very informative, and very patient as we were selected a new rug for our living room.I highly recommend decorug prospect. A beautiful carpet collection and exceptional service.

Alex has been amazing. Refreshing to experience some genuine high quality customer service. Alex helped us choose carpet and was very helpful and flexible with arranging the order and installation. We are really happy with our new carpet. After such a great experience we decided to purchase some rugs too. Alex has gone above and beyond in assisting us to order the right size and style of rugs.
