My first brow and lip threading experience today. The results are fantastic! I'll definitely be back.

Mostly do my eyebrow threading in this place. They make good eyebrow shapes. Staff named Kuldip was very good with customer service and did a great job.

tldr: bad lash liftGot my lashes 'lifted' (permed) and tinted for $80. Both procedures stung and were uncomfortable but I kept going because I wanted my lashes to look nice for my birthday today as a gift to myself. Honestly it could be worse, both my top eyelashes are fine (thank goodness) but my bottom eyelashes on my right eye are TOTALLY FRIED. I woke up on my birthday today and they are all wonky, stabbing into my eye and curled up tight and super damaged. I'm so grateful eyelashes grow back in 6 weeks. I'm going back tomorrow to ask for a refund. Hopefully they'll be understanding but... no matter what I don't think I'll ever go back here again.Edit: forgot to say I had them take the perming solution off a bit early because it was stinging so badly, so it being over-processed, even when it was on for less time, is super dodgyUpdate: they refused to give me a full refund, and tried to blame me for having 'watery eyes'. Also I was really not joking about my bottom lashes poking into my eyes, that was a LONG six weeks

Very rude lady. She was not gentle in doing her task, she did it very roughly.No politeness at all. I will never visit eyebrow shapes again.
