Purchased an item through eBay that they were selling. The item was reasonably priced, in good condition and was something I wanted to buy. They communicate efficiently and effectively. We had a slight mix up when it came to picking up the item, but they took ownership and corrected the situation in a polite and courteous fashion. I ordered a tail light assembly on Sunday @ 12pm and it arrived on Tuesday morning - how good is that. Well packed and intact it still looks like new and its a Genuine Toyota part for half the price of aftermarket new part. Well done King Wreck. We should have more like you

Had a problem with my windows exoplanet it so they say it’s the window regulator bought one was not the problem try to return it they say no sorry 7 days return there’s no sign anywhere in the shop mentioned that. So as against consumer rules not accepting return so make sure ask for a receipt and don’t pay cash.

Sold me a dud ac compressor for my Honda. Had to save extra to get the auto electrician to fit it on and when I tried to return it they said it was (3 days) after the 30 day return policy and wouldn’t budge. The part sold was completely broke but couldn’t be tested until on the actual vehicle. Extremely rude and terrible customer service/ product. Could not recommend less.Just pay the extra 10% from a more reliable and legit company
