Booked in for a massage to release the tension in my shoulders where I hold my stress, and for lower back pain due to a congenital condition/injury. Not only did I feel immediate relief from the massage that Anj gave, I felt no discomfort afterwards which is not a common experience for me.Anj also showed me some exercises that have been an immense help for both my shoulders and back. Truly holistic care. Will happily continue to see Anj and highly recommend.
