After going to another solicitor , it was bought to my attention that our previous solicitor (mr John Tripidakis) had simply not done anything to assist with securing our overseas property. We paid Thousands ( $15k +) to mr John Tripidakis after he assured us that we were in safe & professional hands . After many attempts trying to communicate and resolve this matter we were told that MORE money would be required TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS! which you would think we were more than entitled to ask at no fee. The end result was that we were scammed/ Duped by mr John Tripidakis. We should have done our research and not have been so naive to believe that we were safe in his hands. PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A WARNING , DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DONT GIVE AWAY YOUR TRUST SO EASILY.

My experience with John Tripidakis & Associates was excellent. I had an urgent situation which required me to gather a lot of paperwork on my side, provide it to the lawyer I was working with who then liaised with multiple people in Greece. She was very responsive, gave me regular updates, communicated timelines, and provided me clear guidance on what I needed to do. The process took months - much faster than I expected - and the support I received was clear, organised and responsive.

Truly Awfull, my inheritance case did not progress at all but was charged €1240 mostly for answering my emails to them urging them to do something.Their answers were mostly out of topic, not really replying to me, robotic i would call them.I got charged 3h for drafting an injunction to get bank statements that was never used !! as the bank said they will provide them if we ask ....When i pointed out the obvious steps they could take to progress the inheritance case they told me they cannot represent me and kept the money.I would be Very very careful with this firm, be warned!Update: In the end and after some complaining I did manage to get a full refund from Mr Tripidaki, which is good, however the experience was a terrible time waste.

Mr Tripidakis and his bilingual team in Athens were professional, knowledgeable of the laws of Greece, fluent in English and Greek, and provided timely responses to questions with clear directions on the process of collecting Greek citizenship from abroad. They represented me in Greece through a Power of Attorney, and worked well with the Athens Special Registry and the local Municipality in order to achieve a successful outcome.
