I have nothing but praises for the staff over at the Brisbane CBD branch. For sales matters I always go to Julian who goes above and beyond to provide a top notch service. For service/maintencance concerns, Saem is my go to guy. He gives valuable mechanical advice and his attention to detail is very good.You’ll get great service regardless of which staff member you get.

We rented an e-bike and two regular bikes on April 13 and 14. A terrific customer experience in all respects. Julian really went above and beyond to assist us! Warm, friendly, professional and thorough. Two very memorable days of Brisbane's beauty and bike-friendliness. Top quality bikes. We had one small mechanical glitch out on the bike paths, perfectly handled by Julian. 110% satisfied, highly recommend 99 Bikes and Julian!

One of my staff had his bike lock cut and bicycle stolen from work. The QPS tracked the bike down but my staff member needed a new lock. 99 Bikes made the it easy for me to buy a replacement, but the brand and type they wanted. The online transaction really easy. My staff member went to the shop and 99 bikes sent a link for the payment. Thanks for making that easy to do.
