Got my face burned while waxing. Ripped off my skin near the blush area and eye area. Burning and in pain from past few days. She gave me 10$ off for that, what a discount. I paid to get my face burned for 40$. And this burn mark stays with me for life. Never going to recommend this to anyone.

I went to the salon on 29th Jan 2021, the lady who did my waxing has burned my skin. I told her at starting itself that my skin is sensitive. I told her while doing the wax that it is very hot but she kept on insisting that it's not and that I am just feeling that way. My skin has burnt patches now and it hurts. I usually liked the place earlier but this time experience was not good. I suggest to listen to client and take time instead of rushing the appointment and burning someone's skin off.

Really great experience of full face thread. I did not have to ask her to go over any spots as she was very thorough. Very friendly, great eyebrow shape, and really takes the time even though was super busy.

Aman is amazing! I'm so happy with the threading she did, very good at what she does and very personable. Clean and professional, I have very sensitive skin but she made it fast and painless as possible. Happy I've found my new goto for threading and even better its just across the road for me! Definitely recommend you won't find better! ♡

The lady on Saturday was doing two or three ladies at the same time and left me too much time with the tint in my lashes, it hurt me, I was all day with a red eye, plus I lost my beats headphones that day and I went today (Monday) to ask in a really good way if they could check the cameras for me and the lady was soo impolite, jelling me and laughing saying nothing was there, also speaking with someone in her lenguage by cellphone laughing about what I was asking for.I don’t recommend this place at all, really bad customer services

Worst place for waxing, doesn’t value customer. Please don’t go here and waste your money.The wax was left all over body. They don’t do after waxing procedure. And the wax stains got stuck all over my dress.

I will never come back to this store. Go somewhere in the city if you want good brows.I went in this morning for a brow tidy up. I have walked out with completely different eyebrows. I loved my full fluffy eyebrows that I had when I walked in. I walked out with very thin eyebrows and I am completely upset and disheartened. Not once was I given a handheld mirror to look at in between the threading, I was only allowed to look at my brows after they were done. The lady threaded my left eyebrow 6 times in the same spot even though I was in pain and asked to stop. I am really really upset. I have added a before and after picture.
