Ordered chips and gravy, chips were left sitting for 10+ minutes before being served and gravy was cold. Definite decline in quality and service recently.

Absolutely amazing! Had a burger, chips and potato cakes. The quality of the product was evident as well as the care taking in preparing the food. Honestly one of the better burgers I have had but the stand out was the potato cakes. Home made, good size and perfectly cooked. I don’t know what type of batter they have used, but do yourself a favour and try them out! Exceptional service, spotlessly clean store and work area, highest recommendation. Will be revisiting again very soon. Thanks King Neptune’s team!

I was going to get a hamburger then I realised that there were new owners i think they are Chinese. So i went in there and I asked if they were the new owners and they said yes then i said I’m sorry i have to go.They will change everything the fish and chips wont be the same especially the hamburger this is what happens when new owners take over.

Terrible. $10 of chips is the size of 2 small handfuls. The potato cakes were very small and not cooked properly. Spent $30 but me, the girlfriend, and the two kids are still starving. DO NOT RECOMMEND :(

Really enjoyed my experience here! I stopped in to get lunch for me and my little boys who absolutely loved the super crunchy chips. I had a burger that was one of the best I’ve had in a long time definitely coming back again.

Been coming here for years . Has gone down hill real bad. Missing items, not cooked enough and the flake is so much smaller than it used to be. Stingy with the chips too. Paid $64 to feed a family of 4 and we are still hungry.

It used to be OK. Fairly average but OK.Now it appears to be new owners.Dim Sim shrunk to half size.One week potato cakes burnt, next week potato still raw.No decent F&C shop in Newcomb.

We've been coming here for years and the food has consistently been delicious and fresh. Everything is made in house and the staff are so accomodating and friendly just like it was back in the old days - warm hearted service. A lot of other shops I've been to don't have the same attention to quality and customer care. I can't recommend them highly enough!
