Motorsport Service Centre

Installed my exhaust incorrectly with the wires against the tips causing it to melt through. It failed, they refused to even inspect without charging a ridiculous 165$/hr fee. I only realised it’s their fault after taking it to another place and it being identified as an instal error. It’s not just the error it’s the lack of after support and the insane fees. Not good enough

Nice guys, easy to talk to & listen when you try to explain issues to them.Unlike a lot of mechanics, where if you're not one your opinion doesn't count for much I found these guys quite the opposite.Maybe all I can critic is notification of progress fixing issues while I was waiting, all of which was justifiable, but for a 3hr service that ended up being all day, a bit more communication would be all I would ask for.Otherwise, great job, will be back. :)

Unfortunately once the deal was signed, the smiles and service ended. Extended warranty is useless and they haven’t been helpful with any issues with the car in the warranty period.

Great service from Leon and the team at Motorsport Service Centre. Had an issue with the alternator on my car and they had it fixed quickly and for a great price.Would recommend them for all your mechanical needs.

My, experience of dealing with this service centre team was marred to the extent I would have to say it was the worst Ive ever experienced. The only person that shows any professionalism is the lady in the service receptionThe service manager, in the explanation, of the dealership manager Michael, isn't even a mechanic...he is an accountant.(that raises issue in my mind of low mechanical training or knowledge and, fitness for the position of trust he is in) And, by the same mans comment lacks people skills and passion. This means to me he will cut corners to save a buck. Cheapest oils...cheap wiper blades...doesn't wash a car in for its first service after spending $116k. profit first! customer ...well who cares what they think.The service manager and another male staff there in my opinion, are confrontational and have poor knowledge and skills when challenged on sloppy work. They will try to throw things out there to make you feel you don't know what you are talking about! Then, tell you to leave when you get on edge due to the inept suggestion on the way they want to deal with an issue.When I returned to my vehicle. my dash cam had been disconnected ... also, raising the question of....how was my car driven if they didn't want that in video.I strongly suggest to go elsewhere.

I purchased an XForce system for my HSV GTO at Motorsport. I later found a cable tie around the RH mount to secure it, I returned the vehicle, where they removed it however could not align the tail exhaust extensions. On my third visit they aligned the tail pipes. I have since found the middle mounts are also secured by cable ties. This has been an expensive, time consuming mess, extremely disappointing. 3 visits still got it wrong, extremely poor workmanship.

Unprofessional, recommended are friend to use the for a service because I initially had a good conversation with an employee over the phone. We paid 950 for a service, engine light turned on with in 5km's and we were told to keep driving it until it turned off because the engine is fine" 2 weeks later

really nice to speak to prior to doing any work and then they forget you even exist. terrible service. go elsewhere
