Started out fine 7 years ago. Was in credit for the last 6 years, then apparently new owners took over. Our credit has mysteriously disappeared off their system which was a few hundred dollars. They will not allow fortnightly payments which we have done since the start hence the credit which could be used for replacement parts as needed. They do not take into account Veterans affairs card holder. We have now had no service on our tank for months, no contact and now the tank has had to be turned off due to alarm 4 going off. Pressed reset button as per instructions on panel and same thing happens. It cuts out and sets alarm off. Would never recommend Taylex after the treatment from them. Have to now look for another provider as soon as possible so we can use the toilets and sinks. Absolutely disgusting treatment of my wife who served this country.

We had an issues at home which needed attention asap, John from Taylex dropped everything and came straight out to rectify the issue without hesitation. Great prompt service, positive can do attitude, I would have no hesitation recommending Taylex and using them in the future!

Very Professional. We had Chase and his team from Taylex, Gympie replace our old septic system. They arrived on time and the team worked as a well oiled machine. Straight onto the job, professional, honest and reliable. I will recommend their work.

There service is nothing short of appalling they have only been to service once they send text the night before and expect you to be homeThey know we have a dog and we both work called into their office and they assured me they would fix the issue it’s now feb 2023 and still nothing has been sorted.

I have found Clearwater Services (Taylex Australia) to be a company of honesty and integrity over the four (4) years I have been a customer. Recently I had an issue with equipment and not only was service support instantly provided (a phone call back to assist within minutes) but additionally when a part appeared to require replacement under warranty there was zero quibble instead a direct email stating that the part would be replaced free of charge under warranty at the next service. I am delighted with the company's approach to customer service and highly recommend them.

After about a month now I'm satisfied with how my issues have been resolved, sounds like new management in the service dept are taking things a bit more seriously and upgrade my rating from 1 to 4-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Our Taylex system has been beeping now probably for over a year on and off about 5 times per week and many attempts have been made to fix it by Taylex. Every time I have emailed the service department I always need to follow up with a phone call, but hey if your email system has also been malfunctioning now for over a year as well, who can blame them right? We are only two people here and our system I believe is for 5, we have never had an adverse report (us doing naughty things, chemicals, over loading etc) BTW not that long in the past Taylex google reviews were in the toilet (below 2.5 I think) , I know as I'm always looking up there phone number online

After sending our hydraulic design to Emma from Taylex, a quote was returned within 20 minutes and signed and accepted shortly after. I do not need to shop around, as all recommendations steered me to a taylex system for the dwelling my wife and i are currently proposing. I am confident that supply and install will be just as smooth.

We have had the Taylex guys servicing our system for the past 6 years. Kale is the service guy who attends our system. He messages the day before to organise his service visit which is on a regular 3 month schedule. Prompt, professional and knowledgeable, highly recommend
