Sebastian, the young man who served us was just wonderfulI really wanted some glue to repair my runners, but husband insisted I get new ones as well.Well, we bought the glue.......and 2 pair New Balance. Loved the experience and Sebastian.

Ramona was fantastic helping my son with very specific colour requests. When I discreetly mentioned my son had autism, she knew exactly how to help him feel comfortable and asked him before every step in the process instead of assuming he would be ok with her helping try on shoes. A rare gem of a sales assistant!

Fantastic service by Alicia, I have some feet problems. Did the stand on pad & walk for the camera. Alicia bought out different joggers to best suit my needs. She was spot on, Simon Blain excellent staff member.
