First and worst experience of our life through this agency. we purchased an off the plan property with hopes of receiving the keys to the property on 18th of oct 2021, we are in Feb 10th 2022 with no signs of getting the property as basic work is incomplete. Every week we have been told oh next week it will be ready with the agency looking after the vendors interest even though he is wrong, they have no guts to tell vendor off for being ethically and morally wrong.The agents will be nice to you at first then once you've made payment of deposit...good luck as they will not care.According to the agency and vendor this is a new property ready to settle. Please see the images attached.I would avoid dealing with them unless you are a dodgy vendor who wants to looked after while you scam buyers.

Highly pathetic and unprofessional staff. Either they confused or untrained dodgy realtors.Had a follow up call on application that I submitted 6 days ago. Even though the adds are still published and marked as available, on asking a lady named Renee was like no thats off market and we don’t have anything else available.STAY OUT OF THEIR DODGY COMMISSION LOOPHOLES!

My partner and I worked with Sumit to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about him. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). Julie has been managing our investment property for a little over 2 years now. We were referred to her on a recommendation and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made. Julie has been there since the property settlement and was also instrumental in organising the builders to correct some minor building deficiencies. Since then Julie has secured tenants, sent property updates regularly along with any tenant requests. When there is a tenant request, the communication is always very clear, detailed and is accompanied with a solution which highlights her competence and experience in property management. Her professionalism and hard work has made this experience very easy for us and it’s also very reassuring to know that our investment is in good hands. Finally purchased our 1st house in Australia.It was an absolute great experience and Vikram supported us though the process really well.We had a slightly complicated scenario as our PR was delayed and had to negotiate a fair term for both parties. Considering the complexities involved, anyone else might have just told us to come back after we received our PR.But Vikram was helpful and provided different options and helped negotiate the terms with the seller.Highly recommend you reaching out to them...if you are looking for someone to guide you through your property purchase.

My experience with Ace has been fantastic and this is due to the professionalism and diligence of Julie. Whilst we encountered quite a few problems with our property, she was always quick to respond to problems and was a pleasure to deal with.
