Why do a service on power (power outage) on a Sunday 8.30 till 16.30 then extend it till 18.30. Don't you realise it's dark by 17.30, it's a Sunday where people like to relax maybe have a day in front of Tv or even get friends around for a meal ITS A WEEKEND. Do maintenance during the week when people are working and less socialising. We can't afford to go out all day buying meals cause you can't cook at home. NOT HAPPY . And I presume we are paying the time and 1/2 to the employees that are doing the maintenance

A HUGE pat on the back and thank you to the 2 gentlemen who attended 1331 NOWENDOC ROAD MT GEORGE ON 09/02/2020 to fix a broken wire which had caused a blackout. They worked in atrocious weather conditions and we want them to be applauded by their senior managers. Wonderful people.CheersPam and Ken Squires

Why would they plan a six hour power outage on the 17th January, one of the hottest months of the year.No air conditioning, food more likely to thaw out in the freezer.Lots of elderly people in the area.Just another example of Essential Energy's lack of forethought and interest in the public at large.Another reason for totally solar powered homes.

Thanks so much to Essential Energy for assistance to FAWNA today in rescuing a baby flying fox on power lines at Frederickton. Imogen and Belinda were very helpful and Matt did a great job in safely retrieving the dead mother and living baby safely from the power lines with support from FAWNA volunteers. Grey Headed Flying Foxes are a threatened species and all efforts to save them are appreciated.

I saw first hand the rate at which Essential Energy replaced burnt power poles and got power back to so many people affected by the fires in our area. Amazing work Essential Energy!

Very rude unprofessional staff. They have a revolting attitude and make constant mistakes. I was planning to sue essential energy due to the slackness of getting the workers out to fix the lighting on Kempsey bridge. If I had tripped and injured myself I would've sued this organisation. The call centre is also appalling bad and ask so many unnecessary questions which don't make sense, Won't be getting my hard earned money.

In my experience, a fantastic, professional organisation. When there is an outage, the site is updated immediately, with a map of the affected area so you know if it's just you" or not. Also very responsive to vandalism notifications."

Multiple power outages over 6 months now, all day power outages where i have no access to water as we're on tank water with an electric water pump, I'm heavily pregnant with young kids so it's beyond a joke, when I asked for a reference number for my call I was refused when I asked to speak to somebody else I was refused, didn't want to help with any sort of assistance like they do in S.A they provide water to residents if power is out all day, absolutely disgraceful company and rude customer service, waiting to see if the newest all day power out to fix the issue" actually fixes it
