Great Steak, always like my medium porterhouse with Proper peppersauce.Served the way I ask.Great service and always ice cold beer.

Great to have a pub that opened for lunch on a Saturday in a small outback regional town like Laverton. Very generous serving and reasonably priced too. The Schnitzel Chicken Burger was very filling filled with fresh salad, slices of tomatoes, and good amount of sauce on a toasted soft Turkish bun.

Ordered ahead for meals to be pickup, but still a long wait until the food was ready for pickup. Pleasent chat at the bar whilst we waited. Could see that they were busy with serving tables in the bar and surrounding tables outside.Would describe this hotel as more of the local watering hole.

Very friendly staff, just keep in mind it's not the Inn where they've got guest rooms. They are separate in the backyard, essentially shipping containers which has its charm, don't get me wrong, but it was somewhat unexpected. Nevertheless good stay on my way back to Perth. Food's also nice. Check them out.

We enjoyed our stay, the host and staff are friendly and helpful.We had a good clean room and comfortable queen size bed.Food was great and drinks reasonably priced. Not what you might expect being on the edge of the desert!

room and meals were great. Done on the spare of the moment when truck broke down 75 km from town.. Real friendly atmosphere and great service. Denise was a great person to chat with.. Well done to all.

2022: well done to Denise and her excellent staff, another night of good food, good beer and comfortable accommodation. With thanks from a regular return customer.2017 review: Thank you to Mona and the excellent bar and kitchen staff at the Desert Inn.Not only did they accept a last minute accommodation booking, they also kept the bar and kitchen open especially for us.Photos show pub and accomodation, which are separate buildings.
