I was so excited to learn Arielle had opened up a shop front. We used to use her to groom our dogs when she was a mobile groomer but moved out of her area. Her grooms are amazing!

The best customer service I have ever had at a dog groomer, hands down. Plus, the prices are very reasonable. I have now been here twice with my dog for a wash, and Arielle remembered him and his special treatments he needs. She is so lovely and welcoming. My dog never wants to leave when I pick him up, I have to drag him out the door!

The only reason why I came here was twas near my apartment even though they have a bad repo locally. My cavoodle is traumatized and she hates stepping in that place. I thought it was just because she hates being groomed, but i realized that it was not the case when i brought her to another groomer in pacific hwy.I was asking how much it was for her tidy and was being charged 90$. I asked what's the cost comprised of as the full groom was $100, they immediately shut me down and told me to go to another groomer. So so rude! Just an average grooming place with egoistic ladies.They have no passion for animals, just business unfortunately :( not to mention customer service.

Amazing service! I took my cat for a wash and cut and he came back so beautiful and fluffy, not even scared! Very happy with the service provided
