It was raining when we were there so we only went to the bridgeBut the bridge was awesome and has a good bounce to it the river was really raging so it made it feel even cooler crossing itThere’s a few stairs and it can get muddy is some areas

Epic trek. First section is fairly easy. Second section to Lake Tahune is fairly hard. Final ascent is gnarly. And, that was with perfect weather. Wouldn’t attempt this walk without prior trekking experience. Get at it!

Somehow 3 of us from MUMC did this hard bushwalk circa 1972. Well worth the effort. Even though I can't remember much now.

Easily one of the toughest and most challenging hikes Ive done in my life. If day one isn't enough, day two will well and truly exhaust you. I highly advise training for this walk. Terrain is rough and some gradients are very steep, but the reward is in the peak.

We hiked to Frenchman’s cap & back over 4 days. Tough but so rewarding the views are ever changing and so beautiful. Highly recommend if you’re physically fit and have bushwalking experience
