I'm very disappointed, I had used My Custom Tees in the past, first order was on time, and everything was great, second order was fine and third order was made over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting. There has been no communication from MCT to assure me that the order is coming, I don't necessarily care it's late, just to be kept in the loop is enough. I gave 2 stars because I know the products are good, but the wheels have fallen off in the management department

When I had placed my order... 9 of the last reviews should have turned me off ordering with My Custom Teez. Rick addressed my concerns by email and had my shirts ready in a week. I'm happy with the quality of the print and will definitely use My Custom Tees in the future.

1st order had to follow up after a month, but got the products no communication though just an email confirmation the order was shipped soon after my email.No issue with the quality of the products. First experience didn't discourage doing a 2nd order.2nd order - ordered in December several attempts to email, message through the website, calls just to have a third party only able to pass messages on to the sales team for everything who would never call back , and after contact to fair trading, I finally received an email from them in APRIL! cancelling and refunding the order which was needed late Feb for an event. they were happy to take the money for and do nothing about it. Not a mature run business.
