I bought a face moisturiser for my teenage daughter a few days ago, unfortunately it was the wrong type, I did loose my receipt but I had proof of purchase on my on line banking, It was only $20. I’m never going back there again, what’s happen to community care & customer service for such a beautiful town like Ocean Grove.

Haven't been there for ages , thought maybe things had changed by now, I go to the chemist in marketplace which I do recommend for friendly and helpful service, yesterday I went in to this one because I couldn't be bothered driving and yeah just as rude and unhelpful as ever. The extra 5min drive to market place ocean Grove is worth it.

Always get helpful and friendly advice here. Whilst placing repeats for some medicines last Friday I tried to obtain a specialized prescription that in all likelihood would need to be compounded.Andrew the pharmacist noted such a product was normally in stock but not on this occasion.When I returned for my medicines he had also compounded my prescription despite me being prepared to wait until the following Monday. Now you can't beat this for exemplorary service!

This chemist just charged me 70% more for my medications than the Chemist warehouse. Didn't ask if I wanted generic,didn't ask about my meds. If you like being overcharged and under served then this is the place for you.
