We had an amazing time purchasing our mattress. It was an incredibly satisfying experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. Marika, who served us, was really helpful in buying the right mattress. Wouldn't hesiate going back again and highly recommend them.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. They have bad customer service they are rude. Late delivery, and damaged goods, ask for reimbursement and was told they will refund me, called them after 2 weeks to ask what's happening with the refund and then they tell me I have to come to the shop and collect it (something they forgot to mention" 2 weeks back).The guy working their needs to either learn customer service or find another job."

I DO NOT recommend shopping here. Don’t waste your time or your money. Such shocking customer service. I waited 6 months for a bed after paying in full the day I ordered. I agreed to a 12 week delivery timeframe which was more than doubled by the time the bed finally arrived. Nobody bothered even once to call me and let me know the product had been delayed. At some point I even asked for a refund as my child had been sleeping on the floor for several months. This was declined stating I would have to pay a financial penalty. Each time I called I got a different lie about when it would be arriving. The manager takes zero responsibility and becomes defensive and combative anytime you question their refund policy. Deeply regret dealing with Snooze Osborne Park. The bed finally arrived and half was missing. I couldn’t put the bed together without the missing parts and I called the store and received the absolute WORST customer service ever. He actually hung up on me when I asked them to please collect the parts they had delivered as I could barely walk into my house with all these useless parts laying around. The desk was bashed up in transit and damaged in one corner. I am yet to hear back about this being replaced. Very very shocking experience.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon to buy a king single for my son. We got some exceptional advice and service from Jarrad. We settled on a bed with a trundle so our boy can have his friend's sleep-over. Can't recommend them high enough.

We purchased the Slumberland Sutton after a recommendation from one of the Ozzy Park staff and its by far the best mattress we've had. It was delivered super quick and team's communication was on point & friendly. The entire process was a breeze, will definitely shop here again. Ordered a bed in May, got delivered about 6 weeks later but the base and bed head didn’t match. Another 6 weeks later they sent out another bed head - same incorrect colour. They then promised a new bed head but instead sent out a new base, meaning I now have a matching set of a product I didn’t order. I had to call and chase this all up myself too, they just sent a delivery driver to deliver without letting me know what the changes were. Go somewhere else.

Excellent service, also great to support a local family business that sells WA made mattresses.
