Today I saw Nathan and couldn’t be happier. Someone that is absolutely petrified of the dentist himself and the nurse Fiona made me feel so safe and so comfortable I didn’t feel a thing . Thanks again Essendon group .

My experience here at the Essendon Dental Group was extremely professional and positive. I had my wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr Nathan who was both very thorough and reassuring. I appreciated that the team went the extra mile to follow up after the extraction to ensure a smooth recovery. It is obvious that patient-centred care is a high priority to the team and I would highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

My past four visits (Root Canal/ Scale and Clean) in two months with Dr Nathan was awesome. I was expecting pain for my root canal, to my surprise, I did not need any pain killers after each visit.I had great experience with a dentist who is caring, warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

Essendon Dental Group were very welcoming and professional. I was very anxious as my four year old daughter was in pain from a huge cavity and I was told by my dentist she would need a root canal. I couldn't justify putting her through such a procedure on a baby tooth!! In the end, Tania from Dental Group put my mind at ease and suggested an extraction. She then referred me to a pediatric dentist who came to the same conclusion. I now take both my daughters to Dental Group as I have full confidence they act in the best interests of tgeirtheir patients. Highly recommend you give them a go. You won't be disappointed.

Nathan has always been great, but dental hygienist Jaye gave me the best clean ever. She was warm, friendly and gave her total attention to the task, with thoroughness. I even enjoyed this dental visit!. Thank you, Jaye.

Dr Nathan and Dr Louise gave great advice and walked me through the options. Also Fiona at the front desk was very friendly and worked out a time that worked for me. They are now my preferred dentist.

Thanks some much to Dr Nathan and Fiona for doing a wonderful job in extracting my wisdom tooth two months ago. I was very anxious but was reassured it is a straightforward extraction. And so it was, saved me from taking up on a referral to see an oral surgeon!Dr Nathan was very patient and tentative, the follow up call is reassuring that I had been in good hands.

Staff are professional and welcoming. Had my teeth cleaned by Danielle and she was FANTASTIC. She was very gentle AND thorough. Highly recommend!

Really friendly and professional staff. Dr. Nathan Phung was really careful and nice during my wisdom teeth removal and made sure I wasn't suffering any pain or discomfort during the whole procedure. Highly recommend!

I am not sure with all the 5-star-review hereMy experience here is really bad.I brought my son to this clinic because of all the positive reviews here.Receptionists are all nice and welcomingHowever, I don’t feel good with Dr. Nathan. He doesn’t seem nice to my son. My son was cooperative all along but he was becoming impatient because my son couldn’t hold his mouth wide open. (Come on, what do you expect from a kinder kid)He got some oral ulcers from the suction tube during the process but still he didn’t cry or anything. I really expect more gentle and patient care for a 5-year-old boy.All in all, if you are finding a dentist for your little ones, this is probably not a good choice.
