I experienced prompt responses when first enquiring about the service and arranging the appointment, despite Jay being on a family holiday! He sent a clear quote and price breakdown, contacted me the day prior as a reminder, and arrived promptly. Jay has a warm and professional persona, ensuring you feel comfortable having him working in your home. He takes great care with your belongings and floors, draping over carpets, etc. And the results?! I have never seen my windows as clean as they were once Jay was done with them! Extremely thorough clean, and prior to leaving asks you to do a check to ensure you’re satisfied with the results. I’ll be looking at getting Jay in annually from now on, and would highly recommend his window cleaning services!
